Their initial inquiry seemed genuine, and I was thrilled at the prospect of my work being appreciated. However, as the conversation progressed, red flags began to appear, and I soon realized that I was being drawn into a scam. It was a sobering reminder of the importance of vigilance and discernment in the digital age.

Amidst the challenges, there were moments of pure joy and inspiration. One highlight was a chance encounter with a client from America who stumbled upon my Sicilian-inspired digital illustrations on Pinterest. Our collaboration blossomed effortlessly, and very soon, his new ice cream shop will be adorned with my vibrant artwork – a testament to the power of connection and creativity.
