Everything You Need to Know About Working With Me

February was full of movement, new projects, fresh ideas, and a big life change. It was one of those months where everything seemed to happen at once, and honestly, I loved it. If you’ve ever been curious about how I work or what it’s like to collaborate with me, let me take you behind the scenes.

One of the most exciting projects this month took me all the way to Australia. Well, not physically, but creatively. I had the pleasure of designing the branding and logo for Blue Arrow Coffee Roasters in Lennox Head, Australia. Their vision was a warm, inviting brand with a strong identity and fun illustrations to bring personality to the professional look.

From there, I landed in South Australia, helping Nick, a chef with Croatian roots, develop the branding for his new pizza delivery business. He wanted something bold, full of personality, and memorable. Creating a logo that reflected his passion and heritage was such a fun challenge, and seeing his excitement about the final result was the best part.

Then, my work took a turn toward something much bigger. Literally. I collaborated with a marketing agency in San Francisco to create custom illustrations for advertising campaigns promoting green energy for MCE. Knowing that my work will be displayed on buses as part of a large-scale campaign is an incredible milestone in my career!

And in the middle of all this, I moved into a new home. Having a dedicated creative space has been a dream for so long, and I can already feel the difference in how I work. There’s something about setting up a space that feels like you. A place where ideas can flow without distractions.

Thinking of Working Together? Here’s How It Works

Most people find me through Behance, Instagram, Pinterest, or my website and reach out via email (opencreativeworld@gmail.com) or Behance messages. Many clients are drawn to my colourful, retro-inspired illustrations and want something with that same vibrant energy for their brand.

Once we connect, the process is simple. We start by chatting about your project, your vision, and what you’re looking for in terms of style and design. Then I dive into research, gathering inspiration and sometimes even creating a Pinterest board together to make sure we’re on the same page. After that, I sketch out ideas, refine them based on feedback, and tweak the design until it feels just right. Once everything is finalized, I package up the files and send them over, ready for you to use!

Whether it’s branding, custom illustrations, or visuals for marketing campaigns, I always make sure that the process is smooth, collaborative, and most importantly, exciting. The best projects happen when there’s a shared passion for the idea, and I love bringing those ideas to life in a way that feels unique and memorable.

What I Offer

I specialize in illustration and graphic design, but my creative work extends into other areas as well. If you need:

  • Branding & Logo Design – A full rebrand or a unique illustrated logo to help your brand stand out.
  • Custom Illustrations – For marketing campaigns, packaging, merchandise, web graphics, and more.
  • Photography – I sell prints online and offer portrait photography locally in Siracusa, Sicily. Travel photography is also a big passion of mine, and I’m always open to exciting projects.
  • Merch & Web Graphics – Whether it’s for products, social media, or a website, I create visuals that bring brands to life.
  • Licensing & Illustration Rights – If you see an existing illustration of mine that fits your brand, I offer licensing options or can customize it to your needs.

Payments & Agreements

Every project is different, so I provide custom quotes based on the scope and complexity of the work. For larger branding projects, I usually ask for a 50% deposit upfront, while smaller projects can sometimes be paid in full upon completion. Payments can be made via PayPal for smaller amounts or bank transfers for bigger projects.

Revisions are part of the process, and I include up to three free rounds of revisions to make sure we get everything just right. If additional changes are needed, we can discuss a small fee for extra refinements.

For bigger projects, I also provide a project agreement that outlines deadlines, revisions, and all the key details so everything runs smoothly. Once the project is finished, I usually showcase my work in my portfolio and on social media, unless exclusive rights are needed, if that’s the case, I’m always open to discussing the details.

Let’s Create Something Amazing

Now that I’m settled into my new space, I’m ready for fresh creative projects in March. If you’re a business, agency, or entrepreneur looking for branding, illustrations, or unique designs, I’d love to hear about your ideas.

You can reach me at opencreativeworld@gmail.com.

Here’s to another month of creativity, inspiration, and exciting new opportunities!

Ciao!
