September is my favourite month to create. I love the colours, the change of seasons, and the feeling of being able to do anything. This month is full of inspiration, and I am excited to share some of my creations with you!
Most of these illustrations were inspired by the beautiful fall foliage. I wanted to capture the autumn colours and the beauty of the new season in a way that would make people feel calm and relaxed.

Sometimes illustrations work better with defined outlines. I don’t really like black, so instead I used dark brown that goes very well with the warm colours.

Here you can see a few fun and colourful poster designs. I usually prefer big, bold letters, but I tried to keep it minimal at this time. What do you think?

In my dreams, my home is full of art prints like this one. Would you like some too?

Experimenting with shapes, colours and rainbows.

And here are my original sketches. Most of the time I just jump into Illustrator and create everything from zero, but making these drawings can help to have better composition and I don’t end up changing my original idea radically.
I made these sketches on my iPad in Adobe Fresco and after importing my drawings I continued in Adobe Illustrator.
Check out the before and after image!

Warm tones forever!
